Horrible had to spend an additional $175.00 3 times for hotel accommodations
Positive: When we arrived we could not access the property, I tried phoning but go no answer. Then when I was able to contact the owner he said that the code was all set but it wasn’t. We had to book an additional hotel night because we couldn’t get in. They will not refund me even though they said it was a glitch. They offered me 2 additional nights but we were heading out on a cruise to Spain. When I requested a refund I was told I had to go through booking.com and they were also unable to refund me. DO NOT BOOK THREW BOOKING.Com. I know I will never book through them again!!!
