Pleasant, quiet, and peaceful.
Positive: They purchased a new grill for our visit because some idiot burned the previous grill. No wonder it didn’t work properly 🙄

This is a great base for exploring the Texas Hill Country.
Positive: We loved the peaceful atmosphere. The house was spacious and very clean. The hosts provided just about everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We loved watching the deer and other wildlife. The host was gracious and helpful to get us into the property.
Negative: The coffee maker needs replacing. The upstairs guest bathroom needs a new toilet paper holder. The refrigerator is difficult to close securely.

Positive: I especially liked the peace and quiet afforded to a single family home. No doors slamming in the hallways or people outside of my schedule walking (stomping) on my hotel room ceiling. See my report posted in the guest book.
