Cozy Lake house - near Guadalupe and Comal River

Enjoyed the weekend. Positive: Very clean, AC kept us cool. Negative: No washcloths, no can opener

Disgusting!!!! Positive: Close to Comel Park Negative: I’m not sure why this place had exceptional reviews, I have never stayed in a motel 6 before, but I will imagine this place was very comparable to one. This place was absolutely disgusting, stains on the bedding and carpet. It smelled absolutely awful, towel racks broken. The blinds downstairs were half cut of off (broken) the sink in the downstairs restrooms was barely hanging on the wall. The bunk beds downstairs did not have bedding on it and no extra bedding available, contacted the property owner and she told me to go to the renal hose next door and get the bedding from there. The house is extremely cheap, barely any furniture in the house. No lamps anywhere in the home. The wash rags felt like paper towels. The washroom smelled like cat piss. The home had a balcony but no seating. I would never stay here again. I felt so dirty sleeping in the bed. I slept in pants, jacket and socks because I didn’t want my skin to touch the bedding. Do yourself a favor and pay the few extra hundred dollars and stay somewhere much nicer. If I could upload more photos I would!!
